Toilet and shower facilities are available next to the gym.

We ask that you be considerate to the other residents when using the pool area

These Pool Rules are posted by the pool:

• Warning! No lifeguard on duty
• Pool is 1.5m deep
• Use facilities at your own risk
• Management and owners will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• No smoking
• No glassware by the pool
• No food in the pool
• No diving or splashing
• Long hair must be tied up
• No noise – Do not disturb the residents
